About Our Sourcing Opportunity:
* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sourcing professional to join our team in driving end-to-end sourcing processes that meet business requirements and compliance standards.
* The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with category and global standards.
* Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing RFx processes, creating and executing negotiation strategies, and monitoring market trends to stay competitive.
Your Expertise:
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience in strategic sourcing is required, preferably in mining, oil gas, or manufacturing industries.
* You should hold a degree in law, economics, engineering, supply chain management, or business, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Experience with SAP S4/HANA and SAP Ariba systems is an advantage.
* A strong understanding of commercial and legal outcomes, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills, is essential for this role.
