Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Carpentry Trainer and Assessor.
* Deliver high-quality training and assessment to students on a contractor basis.
* Develop and review training resources and assessment materials to ensure they meet industry standards.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their workforce training needs.
* Evaluate student work in a timely and accurate manner.
About You
* You should have at least 5 years of experience working in the Carpentry Industry.
* Hold a Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualifications.
* Be certified in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
* Possess an active Australian Business Number.
* Have a current, unrestricted Driver's License.
* Exhibit exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultation skills.
* Demonstrate the ability to provide high-level guidance and advice on complex matters.
* Develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
