Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to spearhead our membership growth initiatives.

* The Sales Manager will lead a team of Member Support Consultants to drive membership growth and deliver exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Optimizing daily workflow to achieve monthly sales targets
* Achieving individual monthly and annual sales performance goals
* Developing strategies for the MSC team to meet daily performance criteria
* Fostering a culture of continuous learning through targeted sales training
* Collaborating with Club and Regional Managers to develop initiatives driving membership growth


About You

* Demonstrated track record in sales and customer service
* In-depth understanding of sales cycles and techniques
* Proven ability to manage customer journeys to achieve successful outcomes
* Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams
* Strategic thinking and leadership skills to motivate others towards shared objectives
* Proficiency in business computer systems
