Pay & Benefits

We offer an industry-leading package:

Competitive hourly rate + super

Weekly bonuses

Uncapped commission

No cold calling (all outbound calls are warm leads generated by the business)

OTE: $110,000 – $160,000+

RatPack Travel is a registered sponsor.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for high performers who progress into management roles.

Hours

Monday to Friday

7:00 am – 3:30 pm

What Does the Role Involve?

We help customers book campervan rentals across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a full-time, office-based sales role located in the Byron Bay Industrial Estate, with clear targets and uncapped earning potential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

⌁ Engaging with inbound enquiries

⌁ Building rapport via phone and messaging

⌁ Understanding customer needs and matching the right product (full training provided)

⌁ Guiding customers through the sales and booking process

⌁ Completing bookings live on the phone

No prior travel agency experience is required.

Sales experience is highly advantageous.

Full training is provided.
