We are looking for an individual to take on a role in our tyre and auto repair business.


Job Description:

* This person will be responsible for taking phone bookings, chatting with customers, quoting jobs, writing up invoices, recommending tyres and services, and keeping the front desk running smoothly.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A good understanding of automotive knowledge including tyres, wheels, and basic car terminology.
* Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person.
* A positive attitude with a sense of humour to work well as part of a team.
* Reliability, organisation, and a willingness to help the team is essential.
