Procurement Project Manager
This role involves managing project procurement personnel in all operations for a project.
The Procurement Project Manager will participate with the project management team in defining and developing the scope of work, and in preparing and coordinating procurement plans, procedures, schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets.
* Define and develop the scope of procurement work
* Prepare and coordinate procurement plans, procedures, schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets
* Contribute procurement input to the preparation and/or modifications of the project's prime contract
* Prepare and direct the preparation of commercial terms and conditions for use on all project contract and purchase documents
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Participating with the project team in defining and developing the scope of procurement work
2. Preparing and coordinating procurement plans, procedures, schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets
3. Contributing procurement input to the preparation and/or modifications of the project's prime contract
4. Preparing and directing the preparation of commercial terms and conditions for use on all project contract and purchase documents
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
* Strong leadership and team development capabilities
* Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end procurement management
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Project Controls, Engineering, Quality and Construction to achieve project goals
