Regional Sales Manager
As a sales leader in our construction hire industry, you will oversee the Victorian sales function and drive revenue growth. This role balances coaching, planning, and hands-on field support for a team of eight Business Development Managers.
The ideal candidate has a proven background in sales leadership with strong coaching ability, a clear grasp of the sales process, comfort in operationally heavy environments, and adjacent or direct industry experience in Construction Hire, Machinery/Equipment, or Waste Management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting senior team members with major meetings, quarterly reviews, and high-value client engagements
* Driving structure and consistency through key account plans, territory plans, and clear activity expectations
* Ensuring strong operational understanding of installation requirements
The successful candidate will be able to build relationships, lead an experienced team, introduce structure and uplift standards around planning, CRM, and reporting, and manage internal stakeholders effectively.
