Customer Service Assistant / Receptionist

Our client, MDH Accounting are an established accounting and financial services firm known for delivering a consistently high‐quality client experience. They're looking for a fantastic receptionist to become the welcoming face and voice of our business. First impressions matter deeply in our industry, and you'll be the person who sets the tone for every client interaction.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the first point of contact for clients visiting our office or calling in.Your ability to create a calm, friendly, and polished first impression will directly shape how clients feel about working with us.To achieve this, you will:
* Provide consistent reception coverage and greet clients warmly and manage all incoming calls with professionalism and confidence
* Handle incoming phone calls across multiple locations
* Schedule and manage client appointments
* Assist clients in preparing and submitting required paperwork
* Support client communication through TextMagic messaging
* General administrative assistance for advisors and team leaders
This role is part time (25 hours a week).Ideally, we would spread it across 5 days perhaps during school hours, but can be flexible for the right person.
