Key Job Responsibilities
* Lead project scoping and detailed planning, including project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resourcing.
* Identify, engage, and manage stakeholders through tailored engagement plans.
* Develop risk registers and implement mitigation strategies for successful project delivery.
* Coordinate procurement activities and manage contracts for compliance, value for money, and quality outcomes.
* Provide superintendency services and ensure contractors deliver to agreed terms.
* Monitor project progress, manage budgets and schedules/timelines, and produce regular progress reports and updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Qualification in Project Management, Planning, Property Valuation, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in client-side project management with a demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects.
* Experience in stakeholder engagement, project scoping, contract administration, superintendency services, and reporting.
* High proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Occasional travel to other regional sites may be required to support project delivery.
