About the Role / The Opportunity:

As an Account Manager, your primary focus is managing and growing relationships with our existing customer base. You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring their success with Sitecore's solutions and identifying expansion opportunities within their organizations.

This role requires self-motivated top performers who can quickly learn and understand complex business challenges and effectively communicate the value of Sitecore solutions to various client audiences.

What You'll Do:

1. Act as the primary contact for designated accounts, fostering strong relationships across all levels.
2. Understand each customer's unique objectives, challenges, and requirements, and align Sitecore solutions accordingly.
3. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals to drive revenue.
4. Collaborate with internal teams and leverage Sitecore's partner network for client support.
5. Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
6. Monitor customer health and address issues promptly to ensure long-term partnerships.
7. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development.

What You Need to Succeed:

- 10+ years of experience in software sales or SaaS environments.
- Experience in enterprise account management, especially in Content Management, Customer Experience, Commerce, or Digital Asset Management technologies.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of digital marketing and content management systems.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport at all organizational levels.
- Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.
