Your New Role
In this 12‐month contract you will be reporting to the Group Change Lead. You will be responsible for providing and delivering change management expertise in support of the Fund's project portfolio. You will play a key role in facilitating and driving change transition activities (i.e. change analysis, engagement, communications, learning, adoption tracking) to ensure projects realise their expected benefits.
You will act as a coach for senior leaders in fulfilling change sponsorship and business ownership roles, while supporting project teams to embed change management activities into their project and program plans. You will liaise across all levels of the Fund to deliver effective, people‐centred change aligned to business objectives and our culture and values.
In this position you will also develop and manage complex and/or program‐level, multi‐stream change plans, including oversight of change resources where required, and contribute to the continuous development of the Enterprise Change Practice.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
* Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to manage impacts.
* Develop a change management strategy based on situational awareness of the change and stakeholders.
* Contribute to documenting and implementing business processes in collaboration with business analysts and process owners.
* Identify potential stakeholder risks and resistance, and develop plans to mitigate concerns.
* Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings clearly.
* Develop actionable change plans including communications, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training and resistance management.
* Support execution of plans by people leaders and business leaders.
* Coach senior and other leaders who are sponsors, initiative leads or business owners.
* Identify people metrics to track adoption and address risks.
* Work with project teams to integrate change management into overall project and program plans.
* Oversee other project resources contributing to the change plan where required.
What You'll Need
* Deep knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
* Significant program‐level and multi‐stream change management experience (8+ years)
* Strong understanding of how people experience and move through change.
* Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and lifecycle phases.
* Experience with business transformation, process re‐engineering and/or system implementations.
* Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to work at all organisational levels.
* Active listening, problem‐solving and decision‐making strengths.
* Ability to influence toward a common vision or goal; team‐oriented working style.
* Tertiary qualifications in change management, human resources or related field (essential).
* Postgraduate qualifications in human resources or related field (desirable).
