**Your new role**
Reporting to the Group Change Lead, the Change Manager is responsible for delivering change management expertise in support of the Fund's project portfolio. The Change Manager plays a key role in facilitating and driving change transition activities for change initiatives, ensuring that projects realise their expected benefits. This position plays a key role in ensuring that project delivery is aligned with, and reinforces the Fund's culture and values.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
- Contribute to the implementation of business processes to support change
- Identify risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to understand format
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans (i.e. communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan)
- Support the execution of plans by people leaders and business leaders
- Coach senior leaders who are change sponsors
- Identify post implementation adoption challenges, and develop and implement corrective actions
- Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plansTrack and report on change adoption and mitigate risks relating to the project change initiative
**What you'll need**
- Deep knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Significant change management experience (ie 5+ years)
- Experience with business transformation, process re-engineering and/or system implementations
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
- Excellent active listening skills
- Strong analytic and decision-making skills
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Collaborative team player, able to work with and through others
- Tertiary qualifications in change management, human resources or related fieldProsci certification is desirable but not mandatory
