We’re working with an innovative Australian fintech startup that’s building a cutting-edge “bank-in-a-box” SaaS platform. Designed for credit unions and smaller banks, this cloud-native solution covers everything from onboarding and compliance to payments, cards, lending, and fraud monitoring — allowing clients to launch or modernise their digital banking services fast, without legacy overhead.
The Role: Full Stack Tech Lead/Senior Full Stack Developer
Join a high-performing engineering team and take ownership across both the front and back end of a fast-evolving platform. You’ll lead by example and help drive best practices, delivery, and scalability.
- TypeScript

- Strong experience in the banking or fintech sector — this is essential due to the nature of the platform and its clients.
