Right now, we have a great opportunity for a Account Manager to join our Professional sales team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and building market share within a highly competitive portfolio comprising geographic areas including, South/Southwest/Southeast of greater Sydney and the Illawarra Southcoast regions.

Your Role:

Great opportunity for a success-oriented Account Manager to join our Professional sales team in NSW. You will have the responsibility to profitably grow the Kimberly-Clark Professional business via our network of distributors and customers within sectors such as aged care, healthcare, and other government agencies. While there is a large existing customer base, the individual is also expected to find and grow new business.

The individual must demonstrate an ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience, be a great team player, and take full personal responsibility for delivering high performance and overachieving targets.

We are looking for strong analytical skills, flexibility, and a desire to go the extra mile. Ultimately, we seek that real winning mindset.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver on relevant Net Sales, Operating Profit, and other key KPI's such as New Business and customer loyalty metrics.
* Build effective relationships with customers within the geographical area focusing on owners, managers, distributor sales representatives, logistics managers, purchasing teams, e-commerce, and infection prevention contacts.
* Develop customer plans to ensure activities and targets are delivered on time.
* Prepare pricing/tender quotations using internal revenue analytics processes.
* Represent Kimberly-Clark Professional at customer functions, exhibitions, and industry meetings.
* Collaborate with the customer experience team to resolve potential customer issues.

About You:

* High-performing sales executive with B2B experience, ideally in Health & Hygiene.
* Industry experience from a supplier background or as an industry professional.
* Successful B2B field sales experience within segments such as Healthcare, Aged Care, and government agencies.

* Inspirational: Motivate distributors, customers, and DSRs to prioritize Kimberly-Clark.

This role covers Sydney South/Southwest, Southeast, and the Illawarra and Southcoast regions.
