**The Company**: This company services the Australian & New Zealand Plastics and Rubber Industry providing highly experienced and comprehensive support to their customers with a focus on creating solutions. Due to their continued growth, they are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Sales Account Manager to join our Melbourne team.
**The Role**:
- As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cater to a diverse range of customers, actively promoting and driving sales of our engineered plastics across various industries.
- Utilizing effective selling techniques, you will manage accounts, exceed monthly targets, and provide clients with top-notch technical advice.
- This role primarily focuses on the management of existing accounts
- Raw plastic material
- Partially processed plastic film
- Packaging for food (either flexible or rigid)
- We are looking for an individual with over 4 years of face-to-face sales experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of technical knowledge within the polymers industry is advantageous.
- While a relevant technical qualification is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
- Essential qualifications include computer literacy, proficiency in the MS Office suite, and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong communication skills, excellent sales processes, and effective negotiation abilities are crucial for success in this role.
