Village Birdhouse is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic charcoal/grill cook to join our busy specialty charcoal chicken & burger store located in Mount Eliza, Mornington Peninsula. The successful applicant must have a strong work ethic, be a team player, punctual, reliable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Minimum of 2 years of professional cooking experience is essential. Grill and or charcoal experience is preferred. Flexible hours will be offered to the right candidate.
Duties include:
1. Manning the grill & cooking our mouth watering burgers
2. Preparing/cooking our legendary chickens over charcoal
3. Food prep
4. Ensuring a clean work station is maintained at all times
