Marketing Professional
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organised Marketing Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role supports the marketing and content production arms of our company, making it ideal for someone with a background in media or a junior producer looking to branch into marketing.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our digital presence, assisting with TV show launches, coordinating marketing activities, and supporting our team across multiple projects and platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media and websites
* Coordinate marketing support for our TV and social productions – including food-related projects
* Be responsible for regular newsletter send-outs and community engagement
* Support website updates and basic SEO across our digital platforms
* Collaborate with other teams to support campaign launches and digital projects
* Liaise with clients, brands, and production partners
* Assist with research, pitch decks, presentation materials, and talent booking logistics
* Provide general administrative support including calendar coordination, note-taking, and file management
* Maintain internal marketing and talent databases
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in a media, PR, digital, or content-related marketing role
* Interest in food, entertainment, and digital culture
* Strong communication and content-writing skills
* Experience using social scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite), email platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and website CMS
* Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social analytics
* Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and work autonomously when required
