The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a Client Services Officer to step into a dynamic, client-focused role where your work will directly contribute to the overall client experience.

Working closely with advisors and internal teams, you will play an integral role in managing client onboarding, supporting corporate and tax processes, and ensuring operations run efficiently behind the scenes. This position offers an excellent pathway for someone looking to further develop their experience within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Liaise with external government bodies, including the ATO and ASIC
* Prepare ASIC and ATO documentation as directed
* Coordinate company incorporations and trust establishments
* Provide tax administration support, including managing lodgement deferrals, assisting with tax returns and activity statements, and maintaining the lodgement inbox
* Manage electronic filing systems, including setting up new client records and archiving inactive files
* Support client onboarding and offboarding processes
* Provide reception support, including greeting clients and coordinating meeting room bookings
* Undertake general administrative tasks such as mail handling, couriers, photocopying and banking
* Maintain accurate document scanning and electronic filing practices
* Manage and update internal databases
* Respond to incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
* Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives

About You

You're a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who takes a proactive approach to managing client documentation, liaising with external government bodies, and maintaining accurate electronic records.

You enjoy being a central point of contact for clients and stakeholders, you bring a professional and approachable manner that enhances the overall client experience. You are also keen to contribute to continuous improvement, with a willingness to get involved in projects and help refine internal processes.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative or client service role
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
* Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
