The role
As a Principal Consultant, you will step into a warm, highly profitable desk engaging with both the public sector and private sector within the specialism. You will be managing key relationships and identifying high-growth opportunities This role works collaboratively with an experienced local manager and a candidate manager responsible for daily candidate generation.

Responsibilities
* Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
* Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
* Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.
* Work collaboratively with a candidate manager to source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
About you
* A minimum of 3 years of permanent recruitment experience as a 360 consultant
* You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
* A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
* As a positive and team-oriented individual, who has previously worked as part of a close knit team working toward a common goal.
* You are a high achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment where success is measured by results.
* We're looking for someone who's shown commitment and stability in their previous roles
