The Opportunity
We're looking for experienced Truck Trainers/Assessors to join our site-based training team in permanent positions. This role offers the chance to work on one of Queensland's most significant mining operations, delivering high-quality operator training in a professional and collaborative environment.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing the capability of our production workforce, ensuring operators are trained and assessed to meet site, safety, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct practical training and competency assessments for haul truck operators
* Assist with the rollout of site-based training programs and initiatives
* Ensure training records, assessments, and documentation are accurately maintained
* Identify skill gaps and contribute to continuous improvement in training delivery
* Actively reinforce and model a strong safety-first culture
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A current Enterprise Trainer/Assessor qualification or equivalent
* RII haul truck competencies (CAT 789 or above), with electric drive experience highly desirable
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (highly regarded)
* Demonstrated experience delivering training in an open cut mining environment
* A current Queensland Driver's Licence
