Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Manager to join our team in shaping and delivering internal and external communications strategies. The role involves overseeing public relations, email marketing, social media, influencer engagement, and internal communications.
The Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns, manage media enquiries, and support strategic initiatives that enhance Greyhound's reputation and visibility.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in communications, public relations, and social media management, with strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
* Manage Greyhound's social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
* Lead email marketing campaigns and oversee content creation for newsletters and customer communications.
* Coordinate media enquiries and prepare responses in collaboration with the CEO and Chief Marketing Officer.
* Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media contacts, and PR agencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in communications, public relations, and social media management.
* Strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.
* Experience in email marketing platforms and campaign management.
* Demonstrated ability to manage internal communications and change messaging.
* Familiarity with influencer marketing and media engagement.
