This unique asset will feature state of the art equipment catering to local and international scientists. Reporting to the Associate Director, and fully supported by a network of property professionals, you will be accountable for the efficient, cost effective operation, maintenance and development of all services within the complex. Here's a snapshot of your day; - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services - Manage services supporting critical environments and specialist service providers including but not limited to essential fire safety systems, mechanical services, BMCS, UPS, Emergency Power Generations systems, critical environments condenser water systems and hydraulic services. - Manage operating expenditure and, ensure efficient, sustainable and cost-effective maintenance and operation of all plant and equipment - Manage Capital works and tenancy fit outs as required - Carry out building inspections as required under the building's operating model & document findings. - Monitor and report on the Environmental performance of the asset - Provide guidance and recommendations to our Client on technical and operational matters Here are some of the strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful; - Demonstrated senior experience in the building facilities/management role particularly focused on sophisticated commercial and/or Medical assets. - Tertiary education in a Technical/Facilities field (or relevant trade background) - Sound working knowledge of Essential Fire safety measures, Mechanical Services, Structural and Make Good Works - Sound organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities - Customer service ethos with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, occupants, contractors and colleagues - Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages and BMS systems Can we inspire you to join us?
