Our Personal Care Workers (PCW) in Community, Health and Care provide one-on-one care to help older Victorians live comfortably in their own homes.
They help clients stay connected and feel supported by assisting with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement.Assist clients with daily activities according to their needs and choicesWork with clients one-on-one within their home to live their best lives and maintain relationshipsAssist clients with personal care or domestic duties in their homesAssist clients to keep connected to their communities through activities they loveFocused on delivering compassionate care, our assistants thrive doing meaningful work, knowing that they are valued.

If you have completed the first year of your nursing studies, and have completed your placements, you will be a qualified Care Worker.A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clientsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRespect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientationYour own vehicle, current drivers' licence, and car insurance, to drive between clients' homes and drive clients as requiredWillingness to travel between clients, sometimes up to 4-5 clients per day, and up to 30 minutes between clients.Why Benetas?
