About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be a cornerstone of our participants' daily lives. You won't just be providing a service; you'll be fostering meaningful relationships and helping people achieve their goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Partnering with participants to provide person-centered support with daily living, personal care, and mobility.
* Assisting with domestic duties, transport, and other practical needs to enhance independence.
* Building transparent and trusting relationships with participants and their families, founded on kindness and respect.
* Championing community participation and social engagement, helping participants connect with their interests and local community.
* Diligently following and contributing to individual support plans, ensuring the highest standard of quality care.

* Essential Requirements:
o Valid Driver's License and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
o Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
o Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
o Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
