**The Role**
Ventia is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor to be part of their close-knit Defence Team based at both HMAS Stirling in Rockingham and Henderson facility in WA. As part of the Facilities Maintenance team, the successful applicant will oversee works completed. This will primarily consist of planned maintenance and reactive maintenance / urgent works when needed.

**Key duties, but not limited to**:
- Supervision of in-house staff and subcontractors to contribute to overall site maintenance
- Inspection and validation of the physical work to ensure compliance within set quality standards
- Manage costs and budgets and assist with planning, scheduling and allocation of activities
- Maintain accounts and relations with the appropriate suppliers, ensuring equipment and services are available to trade personnel
- Attend meetings to oversee progress and issues impacting safety, quality, schedule, and budgets
**Skills & Experience**:
- WA Driver's Licence
- Trade qualification
- Negative Vetting 1 or 2
- Competent using the MS Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)
- Experience in facilities maintenance on a range of building related works and repairs
- Knowledge or experience with SAP or similar - Highly regarded
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the different metro & remote defence sites as required
