Role Summary:
Senior Contracts Administrator
As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all commercial and contract matters on allocated subcontracts for the project. This includes supporting internal stakeholders with tendering, negotiation, and formation of assigned subcontracts, as well as assisting with the project subcontracting strategy and effectively administering all subcontracts to optimize earnings.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Support internal stakeholders with tendering, negotiation, and formation of assigned subcontracts
2. Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, law, construction management, or economics preferred
* Minimum of 6 years of direct experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers
* Demonstrated experience as a contracts administrator or commercial/contracts advisor on building projects
* Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to drive outcomes
