About this role:
As the Regional Sales Manager NSW North, you will lead a team of territory managers and territory manager associates within the region, to achieve sales targets in identifying and developing business opportunities. You will have a genuine passion for coaching and inspiring others. You will grow and maintain business relationships in alignment with Applied Medical's company values and mission.
Your responsibilities wll include:
* Lead, mentor and further empower your high performing sales team
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, executive and senior leaders, theatre personnel, key opinion leaders and other decision makers in hospitals
* Identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to meet the organisations sales plans to drive market share
* Plan, direct and monitor the activities of the sales team to achieve established targets and nurture development opportunities
* Identify new developments in the national and local healthcare landscape and implement dynamic strategies accordingly together with senior management
* Deliver and exceed the forecasted budget and business plan
About you:
* Proven coaching and leadership experience of a successful sales team within the healthcare or medical related industry (or a high-performing medical device sales professional with at least 3 years' experience looking to step into a leadership role)
* Curiosity and a passion for learning
* A collaborative, results-orientated leadership style and consultative approach
* High level of interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully engage with all stakeholders
* Practical knowledge of the healthcare space
* Strong business acumen, analytical and organisational skills
* Current Drivers Licence
* Ability to travel as required
* If successful, a current passport, and visa, where required, is needed for training to Australia or South Korea
