Key job responsibilities Partner with hiring teams to craft innovative sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies that deliver top talent and maximize ROI. Become a master at engaging passive candidates, profiling people, and gauging chemistry to find the perfect fit. Build and nurture a rich network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
