Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate customer service visits in a structured and methodical manner.
* Record hours worked and all call out and response times using digital reporting tools.
* Complete field service reports for every maintenance and service call attended.
Operational Delivery
* Carry out commissioning, service maintenance, and after-hours service commitments in a professional and efficient manner.
* Maintain relationships between us and our customers through professional interactions and providing customer feedback.
* Keep up-to-date with training requirements across multiple technologies.
* Maintain company vehicles and personal appearance to the appropriate standard.
* Manage spare parts inventory, record, and report usage.
Work Health & Safety, Environment & Quality
* Comply with work health and safety, environment, and quality obligations.
* Promote safety in the workplace.
Daily Work Duties and Expectations
* Hold a valid driver's license for occasional visits to remote sites.
* Be prepared for overnight or longer trips.
* Work alone during after-hours shifts and be on-call.
* Attend customer service calls.
* Use ladders, scissor lifts, and scaffolding.
* Work in tight and restricted locations.
* Work on energized electrical equipment.
* Work on live refrigerant lines and pressure vessels.
* Work at heights (requires work-at-heights training refreshed every 5 years).
* Work on HVAC mechanical systems that may involve awkward body positions.
* Lift, carry, and relocate equipment and components.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Mechanical trade certificate (state-dependent).
* Restricted electrical license.
* Refrigerant handling license.
