What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the heartbeat of Greca’s front-of-house operations — leading, mentoring, and inspiring a passionate team to create seamless, memorable dining experiences.
From daily service management to long-term planning, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume, high-vibe environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Driving exceptional guest experiences with warmth and polish
- Coaching and developing a dynamic team culture that’s big on support and low on ego
- Managing rosters, COGS, supplier relationships, and daily financial reporting
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
- Playing an active role in recruitment, training, and performance development
- Responding to feedback with grace, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset
About you:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in premium casual dining
- A genuine love for hospitality, great food, and even better people
- Impeccable attention to detail and guest-first thinking
- Strong leadership with a hands-on, collaborative style
- Financial acumen and experience managing operational KPIs
- A calm, composed presence — even during the busy shifts
