Role and Responsibilities of the Senior B2B Marketing Specialist:
1. Create captivating content for our website and social media platforms, focusing on LinkedIn and SEO optimized blogs.
2. Generate, refine, and publish content aligned with our marketing strategy and brand positioning.
3. Brainstorm compelling content and campaigns to bolster FlairsTech's brand among clients and prospects.
4. Drive inbound marketing activities with expertise in content development and optimization, and digital campaigns.
5. Proven experience in inbound lead generation through various channels such as emails, social media, SEO, and SEM.
6. Track record of driving substantial traffic via advertising, newsletters, and targeted campaigns.
7. Collaborate with regional sales managers to coordinate marketing and sales efforts, producing effective campaigns for the North American and European markets.
8. Write SEO-optimized blogs and craft social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
9. Create marketing and sales collateral, including presentations, to support sales efforts and enhance brand messaging.
10. Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
11. Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events, materials, and campaigns
12. Periodically work with different SEO tools to ensure that we optimize our website and landing pages for the right keywords.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION to SUCCEED as a FLAIRSTECH Senior B2B Marketing Specialist:
13. 4-6 years of marketing experience focusing on digital, preferably in a tech company.
14. Experience with copywriting, inbound lead generation, and B2B English-speaking markets is a must.
15. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, IT, or a related field
16. Meticulous and a grammar guru.
17. Experience with creating and tracking ad campaigns through multiple ad managers, tracking pixels/ code, and content writing/ editing is a must.
18. Skilled in leading and participating in brainstorming sessions.
19. Track record in generating high-quality leads.
20. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
21. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
22. Fast learner with an eye for details.

23. Knowledge of the IT and tech space with expertise in IT consulting or professional services offerings.
24. Experience in generating inbound leadsin a tech company.
