About the Role
Responsibilities include:
Support the preparation and distribution of agendas, papers, and meeting materials across Board and Committee forums
Accurately draft minutes, track follow-ups, and support the implementation of decisions
Maintain governance documentation, registers, and policies, including conflicts of interest
Assist with external reporting obligations, Board effectiveness reviews, and regulatory compliance
Build strong internal relationships across legal, risk, and executive teams
Contribute to the development of templates, tools, and training on Board processes
About You
You have:
Experience in a Board Secretariat, Company Secretariat, or Governance support role
Confidence engaging with senior executives and maintaining confidentiality
Strong written communication skills and precision in documentation
A proactive, responsive, and service-focused mindset
The ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
