Sales Development Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities across various industry sectors. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base through effective communication, relationship-building, and tailored solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and expand new business across multiple industry sectors.
* Maintain CRM with client details and follow up on leads.
* Analyse sales data and prepare reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Perform site inspections and provide clients with tailored waste management solutions.
* Maintain existing portfolio of commercial and industrial relationships driving continual improvement.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2+ years' work experience in high volume B2B sales (within the liquid waste industry preferred).
* Demonstrated track record within a sales or business development position, managing sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work autonomously as part of a remote team.
* Presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels across various industries.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Strong computer and analytical skills.
* Valid driver's licence.
