A2B Car Rentals are a fast growing, family owned and operated rental car company, catering to private rentals and accident replacement rentals.
We have been operating for 17 years and have a fleet of 400+ vehicles.
We are seeking to employ an Evening Administrator to our Arncliffe office.
This position is casual. Monday to Friday, from 5pm to 10pm.
We work in a fast paced environment and value strong work ethic.
Previous experience in the Car Rental Industry is desired but not expected.
**About the role**
Duties include;
- Renting cars to clients
- Checking cars in
- Telephone (incoming & outgoing) enquiries and bookings
- Office administration
- Occasional driving
- Following company policies and procedures
Work hours;
- Monday to Friday: 5pm - 10pm (after hours hours)

**To be successful in this role**:
- You will have strong customer service experience and skills, ideally in a similar environment.
- You will enjoy working autonomously.
- You will have intermediate computer skills be able to adapt quickly to a new system
- You will hold a **current drivers licence**:
- You will be **confident driving a range of vehicles including automatic and manual transmissions and larger vehicles.**:
- You will be punctual, reliable and well presented.
- You will have a good attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and offer help in any department.
