Graphic Designer – Digital and Retail, Youth Brands
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Graphic Designer to join our hard-working and fun-loving team on a 9-month Maternity Leave Contract. Working alongside the e-commerce and retail marketing teams, you will be responsible for creating on-brand designs for multiple digital and retail display channels for several of our fashion brands, including but not limited to Edge Clothing and All About Eve.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Designing digital content that is on-brand, engaging for our customers & showcases our products. This content will be used across a wide variety of platforms, including but not limited to, website, socials, Meta & Google Ads and EDM's so you'll need to have experience in creating assets for a variety of platforms and formats.
• Building, execution and designing of email marketing campaigns.
• Creating and maintaining digital assets across our e-commerce websites, for example banners, promotional tiles, home page updates and landing page designs.
• Working with Marketing & Retail teams to create eye catching in-store point of sale signage, window displays, promotions & marketing collateral. You will need to know how to create large scale artwork including banners, hoarding, decals and retail signage.
• Creating, ordering & managing the distribution logistics for artwork going to retail stores nationwide.
• Assist marketing with campaign designs and creative input on look & feel of graphics.
To be considered for this role, you most likely show the following:
• 3+ years' experience in a similar Graphic Design role, preferably in fashion retail.
• A strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• An ability to work independently and within a team to manage multiple projects concurrently, consistently delivering to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and time management skills with an ability to prioritize workload.
• A keen eye for detail and finishing touches.
• A developed understanding of the technical requirements for digital, web, social, and print so that content can be tailored accordingly.
• A knowledge of Klaviyo and Shopify is advantageous, but not essential.
• An interest in fashion and keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
