Responsibilities
Based at our Bendigo store, you will become a valued member of the team and have rostered shifts in the store, along with having the flexibility to cover additional shifts as required. Key responsibilities of the role will include:
* Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
* Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
* Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
* Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
* Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
* Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping

* Previous experience in a customer service environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers
* An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
