Due to our national growth and expansion, in addition to our leading migration reform initiatives we are seeking experienced registered migration agents and immigration lawyers to join our team as we establish a new Perth office.

Migration Solutions was founded in 2001, Thomson Geer is a major Australian corporate law firm. We are currently rebranding, including developing a new website which will be launched in April 2026.

About The Role
As a registered migration agent or immigration lawyer at Migration Solutions you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality immigration advice and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. This role is supported by Migration Coordinators and Administrators.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Managing your own caseload of individual clients,
* Designing, developing and implementing innovative and contemporary migration pathways and strategies,
* Provide the highest quality advice and assistance to clients and key stakeholders.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders and clients.
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
* Support key stakeholders and corporate clients with compliance and mandatory reporting obligations.
* Conduct consultations and assessments with key stakeholders and clients providing accurate and complete advice regarding visa programs, pathways and opportunities.
* Strong attention to details and the ability meet deadlines and KPI’s.
* Support internal process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
