The caseload is warm, the patients are waiting, and the location is hard to beat. Sunny Natal is a Women's Health Physiotherapy practice based in Kiama on the NSW South Coast. We're looking for a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team 2–3 days per week, with school hours available for the right person.
About the role
This is a part‐time position, 2–3 days per week, with genuine flexibility around school hours if required. You'll step into an established referral base and work alongside an experienced, supportive multidisciplinary team.
Day to day you'll be working across:
* Antenatal and postnatal physiotherapy
* Pelvic floor assessment and rehabilitation
* Continence management, pelvic organ prolapse, SUI
* Chronic pelvic pain and pelvic floor downtraining
* Collaborative care with GPs and local specialists
Appointment blocks are structured so you have the time to actually do your job well, no conveyor belt.
What we offer
* 2–3 days per week, school hours available
* 60% commission or competitive salaried package, depending on your preference
* Mentoring from a senior, experienced Women's Health Physiotherapist available as required
* An established, warm caseload
* A multidisciplinary team that communicates and collaborates properly
* One of the most beautiful places to work on the NSW coast
Who we're looking for
You're a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who can hit the ground running. You're warm with patients, transparent with referring clinicians, and confident managing your own caseload independently.
You have:
* AHPRA registration
* APA Women's Health Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) — completed, or due to complete before August ****
* Genuine experience in Women's Health Physiotherapy
* The ability to work autonomously and manage your patient load with confidence
* A collaborative approach and good communication with GPs and the wider team
This role does require independent practice from day one. Mentoring is available but we need someone who is clinically confident in the women's health space.
About Sunny Natal
We're a small, close‐knit women's health practice that takes this work seriously. We maintain strong GP and specialist relationships, give patients the time they need, and have built a referral base that reflects that. We're growing carefully, and we want the right person, not just someone to fill a spot.
