Job Description

We seek an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives, develop leadership capabilities, and foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
About The Role
You will work closely with senior leaders, operational teams, and HR colleagues to provide expert guidance on various people-related initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and delivering the T&I people strategy, ensuring HR solutions align with business goals and generate tangible impact.
This role combines strategic and operational HR responsibilities, offering the opportunity to influence senior decision-making and support managers and employees directly. Focus areas include capability development, talent retention, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources & Industrial Relations (desirable)
* Experience in HR business partnering within complex, multi-disciplinary environments
* Support of IR/ER processes
* Ability to influence, coach, and build relationships with senior leaders and operational teams
* Strategic mindset and passion for HR continuous improvement
* Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement
* Strong problem-solving skills with pragmatic, people-focused solutions
* High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a commitment to positive workplace culture
