* Salary – $113,574 pa - $125,720 pa plus employers' contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
We're looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our EDRMS Support Team. You'll manage, configure, and enhance OpenText Content Manager, working across business-as-usual operations and projects to support the Information Management & Modernisation (IMM) program. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the system runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
What you'll do

* Ensure compliance, security, and optimal system performance
* Collaborate with technical teams, business areas, and vendors
* Balance day-to-day support with project delivery
* Contribute ideas to improve processes and services

What we're looking for
* Hands-on experience with EDRMS platforms, preferably OpenText Content Manager
* Solid understanding of records and information management and NSW legislation
* Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and vendor management skills
* Excellent communication, ownership, and adaptability
* Background in Information Management, IT, or related fields
