About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions. You will play a key role in shaping technical strategy, guiding development teams, and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end technical architecture and solution design across Salesforce platforms.
* Architect scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud .
* Design and oversee integrations in microservices‑driven, API‑first enterprises.
* Provide technical leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, including discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment.
* Ensure alignment with architectural best practices, governance frameworks, and industry standards.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
* Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and integration patterns.
* Support solution reviews, technical documentation, and architectural decision records.
Must‑Have Experience
* 8+ years in a Salesforce technical architecture role, with strong expertise across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud .
* Proven experience designing and delivering solutions in integration‑heavy, microservices‑driven enterprises.
* At least one full‑cycle Salesforce implementation (greenfield preferred) on Financial Services Cloud .
* Hands‑on experience working with and implementing credit decisioning systems.
* Experience working within the asset finance sector is preferred.
