This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of the rural health workforce while leading a high-performing, service-focused team.What you'll doIn this role, you will provide leadership and direction to ensure the effective delivery of multidisciplinary training activities. You will:Lead the coordination of student placements, including site management, accreditation processes, and logistical planningOversee enquiry management, ensuring responsive, accurate and client-focused service deliverySupervise and develop a team, fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performing cultureBuild and maintain strong relationships with health service providers and key stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement by analysing operational data and enhancing service delivery outcomesWhat you'll bringYou are a capable leader with strong organisational and communication skills, and a commitment to service excellence.
