We are seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to join our team in Coolum Beach and grow our multimedia services with a focus on account retention and steady portfolio growth.
This is a full‑time role offered on a 9‑day fortnight, giving you a regular rostered day off every second week while working with a team that values balance, creativity, and performance.

We are an audiovisual production business offering a wide range of multimedia services to our clients and venue partners. Our team delivers world‑class visuals for ultra‑wide LED screens and event environments across the country. We pride ourselves on combining creativity, technical excellence, and client‑focused service in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow multimedia revenue across a portfolio of venues and clients, with a primary focus on account retention and expansion.
- Take client briefs and create clear, compelling proposals tailored to event needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Work closely with the Multimedia Operations Manager and design team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage a clean pipeline in the CRM; forecast accurately and follow through from brief to delivery.
- Represent AVPartners Multimedia as the first point of contact for new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B account management or sales, ideally within events, audiovisual, or multimedia.
- Strong client relationship skills with a solutions‑focused approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Confidence in preparing proposals and closing scoped projects.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and timelines at once.
- Competent with a modern CRM and Google Workspace.
- Based on the Sunshine Coast (or willing to relocate) for close collaboration with our Coolum team.
