About The Role
Working closely with Senior Project Officer and the Manager of the project, the Project Officer will contribute to a range of project management tasks related to the planning and delivery of the Timely Emergency Care 2 (TEC2) program.

About You
To be successful in this role you require the following qualities:
* Project Management - Consults, liaises with and influences key stakeholders; produces detailed project plans where objectives are clearly defined and action steps for achieving them are clearly specified; monitors performance against objectives and manages project risks and issues; ensures project objectives are met.
* Problem Solving - Seeks all relevant information for problem‑solving; liaises with stakeholders; analyses issues from different perspectives and draws sound inferences from information available; identifies and proposes workable solutions to problems; implements solutions, evaluates effectiveness and adjusts actions as required.
* Written Communication - Prepares briefs, letters, emails, PowerPoint presentations and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language; ensures written communications contain necessary information to achieve their purpose; uses appropriate style and formats.
Qualifications / Specialist Experience
A qualification or experience in fields related to project management, government administration, health, public policy and/or health administration would be desirable.
