A specialist advisory practice is seeking a Tax Lawyer with min 2 years pae, to join a small, technically strong team working with private clients, family groups and closely held corporate structures. This role suits someone who enjoys complex problem‐solving, and cross‐border questions and the intersection of tax, structuring and succession.
You'll work closely with senior practitioners on a broad mix of Australian and international tax matters, with genuine scope to deepen your technical capability in a supportive, low‐pressure environment.
You will work on matters related to Australian tax residency, overseas private companies, retirement structures, and Australian assets.
You will have:
* 2 years pae across Australian tax advisory, private client tax, or corporate tax
* Strong analytical capability and comfort navigating complex, multi‐jurisdictional issues
* Clear, practical communication and a solutions‐focused mindset
* A collaborative approach and genuine interest in developing deep tax expertise
