About this Role
This role is focused on developing and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions. As a key liaison, you will be responsible for building trust and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with school leaders, trainers, and coordinators
* Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
* Achieve sales targets by acquiring new business and retaining existing clients
* Deliver high-quality onboarding, training, and ongoing account support to ensure client satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Ensure schools are set up on the relevant platform according to established processes
* Monitor and support schools undertaking programs with our organization
* Work closely with school staff to address compliance issues identified through quality assurance measures

* Meeting and exceeding retention targets

* Growing enrollments and course offerings within existing accounts

About You
* Background in account management or business development
* Confidence presenting to decision-makers at educational institutions
* Understanding of secondary education, particularly senior secondary schooling
* Experience with learning management systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong focus on results, with a passion for achieving targets
* Great organizational and communication skills
* Current driver's license and ability to work with children
