Property Manager - Mount Waverley Area Our client is seeking a skilled residential Property Manager to join their team, giving them all of the training and support they need to hit the ground running. You will be working for a fantastic high end office of 20 staff, Tier 1 A-Grade Brand, with flexibility to work from home, a friendly team & the best support. Your role will be to manage a local portfolio of approx 160 homes and apartments, in Mount Waverley/Glen Waverley area, covering all areas, including, but not limited to building landlord/tenant relationships, handling enquires, maintenance tasks, lease renewals. Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm with 1 in 6 Saturdays (with Time in Lieu) Mandarin speaking skills are an advantage for this position.
