Your Role:
* Drive growth and success by managing outbound marketing campaigns designed to move customers into higher-tier plans.
* Create exceptional client experiences by leading smooth, effective customer onboarding.
* Develop and execute strategic approaches to client base management, directly contributing to maximum portfolio growth.
* Deliver first-class customer service at all times, building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Oversee and nurture a significant portfolio of approximately 500 businesses across Australia.
* Serve as the dedicated primary point of contact for clients, handling all inbound and outbound communications.
* Analyse and optimise campaign performance across all onboarding, growth, and retention initiatives, making data-driven decisions.

About You:
* 2 + years in an Account Management role
* Proven experience in growing existing accounts and retention
* Stakeholder management
* Solution sales experience
* Can do attitude, results-driven and fantastic communication skills
