Site Supervisor (South of the river)
Round for this area is Maddington, Kenwick, Victoria Park, Belmont, Forrestfield. 2 storey experience required. Salary circa $120k + bonus + Car + Phone etc
Responsibilities
* Supervise multiple builds from slab to handover
* Communicate effectively with trades, office staff and clients (during on-site client meetings)
* Thorough understanding scope of works, engineering specifications and drawings
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
* Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
* Possess the ability to solve problems promptly and have a can-do attitude (own the issue or problem)
* Competent technology and IT skills
* Procurement of resources and coordinating contractors in order to deliver projects according to schedules
* Supervise subcontractors to make sure all standards, regulations and codes are met. Whether this be quality, costs, schedules or safety issues
* Review of all JHAs, SWMSs and work procedures and make recommendations where required
To be successful in this role you will be required to have:
* Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality homes
* Site supervision experience
* Strong focus on OH&S
* Ability to deliver quality build on time and budget
