**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As an On-site Technician, you will be responsible for providing end-user level 1 and level 2 onsite and remote services to our customers.
The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, operating systems, software, networks, servers, print and peripheral maintenance. You will also be responsible for asset refresh, relocation deployment and decommission – maintaining CMDB data integrity.

Respond to incidents and service requests within agreed SLA reporting any SLA breaches.
* Maintain customer physical infrastructure desktops peripherals telephony print AV communication proactive customer expectation management knowledge sharing.
