About the Role
This is a newly created administrative role within a well established commercial real estate business with a strong local presence and national reach. You will support a high performing sales team by managing database accuracy, online listings, documentation and daily admin workflows. You will work as part of a growing admin function, supporting multiple agents and the broader business.
Duties
* Upload listings, profiles and marketing to online platforms
* Maintain and update the CRM and sales databases
* Prepare agency agreements and business documentation
* Support sales profiles, marketing material and campaigns
* Answer phones and assist with general agency administration
Skills & Experience
* Administration experience within real estate or professional services
* Confident with databases, document preparation and systems
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders
* Professional communication and organisation skills
