About the Role
This is a newly created administrative role within a well established commercial real estate business with a strong local presence and national reach. You will support a high performing sales team by managing database accuracy, online listings, documentation and daily admin workflows. You will work as part of a growing admin function, supporting multiple agents and the broader business.
Duties
- Upload listings, profiles and marketing to online platforms
- Maintain and update the CRM and sales databases
- Prepare agency agreements and business documentation
- Support sales profiles, marketing material and campaigns
- Answer phones and assist with general agency administration
Skills & Experience
- Administration experience within real estate or professional services
- Confident with databases, document preparation and systems
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders
- Professional communication and organisation skills
